Cheapest way to ship an OPS

I tried to ship out a stick i sold and they wanted to charge me $70 for ups ground. Anyone know of an easy cost effective way to ship an ops?

USPS if your in the states and Canada post if your in canada.

tell the employees they usually don't measure the stick dimensions, they just put in the "standard".
