We offer a 6 month warranty on our skates, but as you may or may not know, I stand behind all product I make. If you have a try manufacturer's defect, I will warranty the product for much longer.

Our skates have the ability to mold and hold the shape after they cool down. I don't think there is a skate out that molds like our skates.

One thing everyone needs to understand is the amount of heat mold ability our skates have. Almost every guy here is coming from either Mission or Bauer skates, and all have fit extremely well in the boots. Because our boots have the ability to be shaped with a heat fit, the amount of adjustability is amazing.

Tour does not have a patent on a recessed wheel. We chose not to do this, so that a player could put our chassis on any skate (if they decided to do this down the road). Also, we found no benefit of the wheel being recessed.

Our skates have a more aggressive pitch, which is necessary when you are using the all 80mm chassis. This forward pitch will allow you to get on your toes easily and not make you feel unbalanced on your heals.

We are still looking for a distributor in the UK. In the meantime, we are allowing our online dealers to ship to the UK. For Australia, we are in the same boat. You can order online until we have a distributor set up.

The boots definitely fit a bit deeper than Mission. Dealer response at the show was amazing, and they seem to love the line. I can't wait to get the products into the stores.

We are not selling boot only skates. When I made those comments 7 years ago, I had not give the all 80mm chassis a fair chance. In my opinion, both Hi-Lo and 80mm chassis are good options.

Yes, the last we created is wider in the forefoot, and has a narrow heel.

We don't have a plan for Europe yet, but we will be looking at it as we move down the road.

The wheels only touched, because they were sample wheels/chassis. Sometimes the urethane has not been trimmed enough. We do have a very tight tolerance to keep the wheel base short. I am really excited about the new product, and hope you guys will be too.

In terms of fit, they are a cross between a Graf and Bauer. The heel is narrow, but we have made the forefoot a bit wider (where the toe box joins the quarter). The good news about our skates is they can be put in the oven for 10 minutes, so you can get a true heat fit. The skates were built on a new last and have a new toe box. I appreciate the kind words from everyone. I know you guys will like the new product. Justin

I will say they are not even close to the Wicked series...They are so far from those skates...You all will be amazed on how comfortable these skates are. The toe cap and lasts are all new.... Thanks #96...The new stuff is amazing...

As I am on my way to NARCh, we will be showing our entire product line for 2012. I will try to post pictures, as well as some links to more videos.
