I wouldn’t recommend a retail adidas authentic jersey for playing in. They are tailored to fit more like clothes than a jersey. You have to find a made in Canada (MIC) adidas jersey or get an older Reebok jerseys. Those fit like jerseys across all of the retail lines.

I don't think any helmet is ever going to be as light as the s19/e700 was. There was some dispute back in the day if it got pulled from shelves though. http://modsquadhockey.com/forums/topic/64170-e700-return/
