    Ever since a football incident I've suffered severe back spasms. For the first time ever, the muscle relaxer that I use was filled with the generic brand... Apparently, I'm allergic to it. This morning I looked a lot like Will Smith in Hitch after he had an allergic reaction to shellfish. :(

    he thought he was as good as him. he was taking wrist shots from the blue line and if they didn't miss by several feet, it floated like slow motion into the goalie's glove. He also didn't back check. Might have been ovi :P

    Oh, it's the playoff version of Ovechkin!

    Hey dude I didn't know, you can't tell what size they are. Its not like there is a cosmetic difference between a 3 and an 8. For anyone under 12 they probably love the colored holders.

    And DS, like he said, if the guy is in HS or older he's probably oging to think these are hideous too. There is only 1 person I've ever seen over 18 who had colored holders (excluding black). And this idiot had a mirrored visor, and the most hideous looking inline pants and gloves on, Pretty sure his goal was to look like a clown. I wouldn't be too worried about it, I doubt it will be a common thing.

    Was his name Ovechkin? :P

    I'd seen one of his too, but this one's a lot more closed than what I'd seen. Plus his at least had his name on it. I got around to getting a handle made for it and tho nothing was inside the shaft, on the bottom of it was "200313153 HDXS." I want to assume that this is just an HD repainted as an AK, but who knows with Innorrior.

    Hmmm. If the lie is a little higher than a Kovy, about a 6 lie... It could be an Afanasenkov. I'm not sure what he's using in Russia but he was and might still be a Warrior user.

    Pretty sure you're right. I have Savard team Canada XXXs and that's the only thought I had of the origin of those gloves.

    I wish they would have modded the colorway a bit to better differentiate the Canada XXXs from the stock colorway.

    That's a lot of cuff for your, TBL. Are you going to tinker with them at all?

    Nah, it's good. With the floating slash guard on my right elbow pad I have mild overlapping, but that's the point of that slash guard. On my upper hand(with no slash guard), I haven plenty of space. They really are closer to the XXX than the XXXX. The XXX, in my opinion, was the best glove ever designed for a true feeling of unrestricted movement... the X:60s have a slightly smaller circumference of cuff but you don't feel the difference.

    This digital palm is weird though, it feels thicker than any other digital palm I've used and it's stiffer. I'm sure it will soften up a bit but normally digital palms feel softer out of the box.

    Adam, I wouldn't be surprised if other guys from the Caps are using the same pattern. I know there's a guy on the Panthers that uses the pattern. I have to say, I'm disappointed that more guys are trying Ovechkin's pattern over the Kovalchuk pro. The Kovy pro is much easier to get used to, quickly and well, I just want to hoard more of them. :P

    Are they 14 or 15" ?

    I ordered a pair of Whalers 15" yesterday :D

    14" I probably should have gone with 15" but the shortness of the cuff is more important than the finger length to me. The gussets stretch. ;)

    Well then up to 110. He's pretty much used every flex, the one I have is exactly like the Kovy pro, 100 flex. I just saw one someplace that was an 85 flex.

    It's amazing how many players will change to what's working for other players. St Louis' pattern is the Brad Richards pro. Brashear supposedly now with the Ovechkin pro. Etc..

    Probably a Zherdev, he has used 85 and up to the 95-100 flex that is the Kovy pro, exact same pattern as the Kovy. Aaand obviously he has used that graphics package as I have one from eBay... The seller had to sell at least 6 of them.

    Sportstape cloth tape(black). The white tape seems ok, sticks decently, nice thickness.. The black tape tears soo freaking easily that I can't tape my blade because it keeps tearing anytime i pull it so it lays flat. Anyone else experience this from sportstape?

    I have to say that I love their laces(Bauer) and their gauze tape but this cloth tape is ridiculous.
