  1. The weight is distributed across all of the wheels, balancing out the pressure and friction on the wheels and bearings, allowing the wheels to retain more of their original shape, and for the bearings to carry less of a load.
  2. I don't think any dremmeling was required. The picture may just be at a skewed angle. The E-Frame is made to be mounted on any boot that is either flat or recessed. Unless you've seen a boot that protrudes on the outsole, there should be no need to dremmel unless you are messing with wheel sizes or using a chassis on which the wheels are meant to protrude over the mounting bases.
  3. Wow, Gee, I am totally impressed. I thought I had too many pairs of skates... I'll have to post up some pics of my stuff soon.
  4. Hey, I'm not saying I like the idea, it's just pretty well thought. I definitely skate on the all 80's, and I love it.
  5. It's almost like an exaggerated One-Up. You'll be skating on three wheels on your toes, since the 4mm differences in diameter (2mm to radius/height off of ground) will make a straight line. When stopping, you'll be on the back two. It actually appears to be a pretty good idea. The skate rocks back and forth on the 3rd wheel from the toe.
  6. Sven: pics don't work.
  7. It's interesting that people talk about this. I've been thinking about hockey in Taiwan for a long time now, since I was 10 in 5th grade. I'm not much older now (15 year old in 10th grade) but if there is hockey and we get something organized, I can possibly ship my gear over there and play a few pick-up games with you guys. As you might imagine, I am of Taiwanese descent, and my parents are both Taiwanese. All of my relatives are back there, and I visit every summer. Again, if anybody is interested, I am interested also! Email me: charles.lu.9@gmail.com Another heads up; maybe a forum for Taiwanese players names and contacts? Just thought it would be something fun to do.
