    lol, that's funny knowing the school they're from. You'd think they'd be Smarter than that.

    Not to get off track, how are the M.P. boys doing this year? Should talk to the coach/A.D and try and set up a game with Cadillac in the next few seasons.

    Frisbee...Looks like we might get our wish...Caddy plays the winner of MP/BR on Wednesday. I'd go to the Monday game, but I've got a game that night myself. But surely will be there Wednesday. Tell the boys to Shoot a LOT..their goalie is the weak link.

    Even though they don't have it in Stock in Saginaw..they can just call over to Flint or whatever shop you got the new AK at, and have whatever you want sent over in their next order. I was down in Grand Rapids for a tournament, and wanted just to Try On a pair of One95's which GR was out of stock..the girl (Good lookin redhead btw ;) ) offered to have a pair sent over from wherever she could find a pair in my size just so I could try em on if I could come back later. Unfortunately I was going to be gone by the time she could get them in, so I didn't have her do it, but I was Impressed with her service. Hope she's still there. Will be going back to GR next month for the same tourney.

    Well, I suppose they Do use the FBV...but to an utmost Extreme. It's all done by hand. I'll see if I can find a video.

    BR-100 FTW by a Mile. It may be a little costly, but well worth it. Like Reg/JR said, throw a layer of Electrical tape on the back of the magnet side and you'll be set.

    Edit: Upon closer inspection, the Quick Square from Skate works is the Same as the BR-100. I'm not exactly sure on BM's practice of selling to an individual, so that looks like a good backup in case BM won't sell it...but I don't see why they wouldn't.

    Take some time and go through this entire thread..it's been mentioned many times.

    Has anyone sharpened CCM Vector goalie skates using Blackstone's holder that can be found on the X-01 or X-02 model?

    A couple of days ago I had so much trouble to have my skates sharpened on Blademaster machine because of their standard holders. Now I don't want to go over with unscrewing the blades every time I want to have my skates sharpened.

    The skates I always seemed to have troubles with were the smaller sized goalie skates, esp Bauers, and getting them over the thumb screw. I'd always have to take the screw out, and even then setting them on the plate was a chore cuz of that angled piece on the outside would make it hard to get the tuuk flush against the plate leaving very little steel hanging over the edge to sharpen.

    So i'm looking at getting a portable unit, X02 preferably. My plans are to offer up my services for the local High School team, and Men's/Women's league. Basically service the folks from my rink who require a better job than what's currently being done at the rink itself. (no Pond Skates) Would the 02 suffice for said traffic? I plan on getting all of the FBV sizes, and maybe one ROH other than the 1/2", the upgraded holder and the case/kit. Anything else I might want to get right off the bat? Once I get some extra $ built up, I'll get more ROH Spinners, and upgrade the Bat Gauge to a Pro Square and more wheels. Thanks for your input.
