Talk about missing out on a chance to create a great relationship with a customer. At 8 you lock the door, flip the sign to "closed" and continue helping a guy get fitted. Don't say anything or make a big deal about it and the guy will notice and remember how you helped him out. Been there and done that more than a couple times.

I just bought the XXXX and it DOES have three semi circle ridges on the back side of the blade. It has the NBH logo in the center of the blade and semi circles decreasing in size out towards the heel and toe. Three on each side. Dont know the real purpose...

Skates are dirty! NBH should take a page out of RBK's WHITE 9k Pump play book and send out a pair of white ONE90's. Or in the future white ONE95's.

Just a personal opinion. Gotta' look good to play good!
