  1. Perron played great last night Alas.....................Nothing to show for it. But he sure has his game back, Points will come. He did score one tho Nice tip in David
  2. Perron Played Great today Not on the scoresheet. Perron you can really notice the increase in speed. Frankly it surprised me he looks 2 steps faster. His physical and defensive play was outstanding today. A big hit on Zetterberg late then followed it by laying out Bertuzzi with under 2 minutes left whic allowed the Blues to control the puck deep in their zone. Very key play. Good Job by the whole team as well
  3. David Perron scored the first goal for the Blues in a win over Linkoping Link : http://blues.nhl.com/club/recap.htm?id=200...vid=DL|STL|home
  4. Congratulations on winning the Annual A bout de souffle David Perron played defence in this tournament and apparently pretty well. 5. David Perron did not participate in the Development camp this past week, he has graduated as a 2nd year pro.
  6. Word is that David Perron is going to the rink at 5 AM in the morning. Keep it going kid I rewatched the playoffs agains't Vancouver, and with a few bounces in the final game he could have easily had 5 points. Honestly
  7. What can I say David Perron you are fantastic. What a Performance. You even exceeded my expectations. You have nothing to hang your head about. Cannot wait for October Great Job David Perron
  8. Great game David Perron You have not disappointed in your first playoff series. In fact you have gotten better each game.
  9. Yes cmon David you where one of the best players on the ice Now score some goals........please
  10. Perron is ok if that is what you are asking about. Andy Strickland usually has the latest info on Blues injuries. Link : http://www.hockeybuzz.com/blog/Andy-Strick...secuted/5/20706
  11. Great job David Perron He Drew the first penalty for the opening PP goal Go Blues
  12. Berglund got hurt and David Perron took a puck off the leg and then was crosschecked into the net and was hurt again. Understandable he only got 9 minutes. David Needed a rest and the kid line was playing a man short. Oshie did not play much the final minutes either. Great win
  13. David with the Shootout winner last night agains't Columbus also added an assist now for 47 points on the season. 2nd on the team in scoring. Oshie is a great player but so is Perron. And the Blues are now tied with Edmonton for the final playoff spot Keep it going
  14. Very true He is getting his nose dirty and is showing a much more combatitive style, which in fact is needed right now with the games being almost like playoffs. Perron is truely emerging as a player that is willing to battle for the team and it is not so much about him anymore as an individual. He has really shown that he wants to battle as a St.Louis Blue trying to make the playoffs I have said it before, he has continually shown that as a player he is trying to take his game to the next level Watching him the last two seasons has been frankly incredible to this point as many nights he is the most entertaining player on the ice and that is not only stick handling. Also he draws a penalty a game with his diligence.
  15. Perron played very well agains't Vancouver last night and his effort on every shift was noticeable as well. Luongo was unbeatable for Vancouver but the Blues deserved better. Keep it up David the Blues need you the most coming down the stretch run.
  16. There has been no maturity problems with Perron this season. (This is not directed at anyone only the original writer) The writer of that story is largely uninformed This season it is only a matter of consistency and getting the most out of David on a nightly basis Andy Murray has not mentioned maturity or anything like that this season. Not once from anything I have read or heard.
  17. David Perron is a Great Hockey player Period He is only 20 years old and as We speak is improving every day The Recent Problem is no Big Deal, The Blues where not really demoting him or punishing him. He needed a little rest because for a couple of games he looked quite frankly tired He was back with TJ Oshie and McDonald on Saturday and All of his powerplay time was back One thing I will tell you about David Perron watching him the last 2 seasons with the Blues and you can bank on it. He may be down sometimes but you can be sure he will not be out. He will actually come out and play stronger. EVery time he has been challenged Perron Comes out with a Great Performance From what I have heard on the Radio and Televisions Interviews and Such. He is a great Person who Speaks well of the Fans his coaches and his teammates He has been one of the Best Things that have happened to the Blues organization in the last 10 years and I hope he stays a Blue the rest of his career Because he sure is fun to watch night in and night out.
  18. Story About him going back home Link : http://blues.nhl.com/team/app/?service=pag...rticleid=405868
  19. It is a shame because the game is in Montreal which would mean more to him than any of the players He should be there ahead of Dubinsky for starters.
  20. He is not going to sit tonight He is in the lineup and rightly so Now go get a goal
  21. David Perron has been playing great Creates a ton of offence and makes players around him that much better, team leader in assists right now. He now is the powerplay quarterback and frankly has been fantastic in this role Still no luck putting the puck in the net, the funny thing is no Blues fans are complaining because David has been playing so well no one dares to.
  22. Another Goal tonight agains't Dallas
  23. Blues first goal of the preseason Kariya (Perron)
  24. To tell you the truth I have this thread bookmarked so I never saw it. First time tho I have seen it confirmed in print
