here is an idea for all of you LHS owners out there... match any in-stock online prices! if you have an internet connection in your store then you can verify it and match the price... if you don't want to do that then you have a pricing problem... I go to my LHS because I like talking to someone about the product and being able to try things on or hold them in my hands before I pull the trigger on a purchase... my LHS matches any online prices and that makes it an easy decision, I get the best of both worlds...
