Flyers kicked us off the ice yesterday! 9-11 skate was advertised but they wanted to practice at 10:30. Skate zone gave us free passes for another drop in and free hats though!

While losing 110 pounds is impressive I thought you I weighed 110 pounds from 310 pounds. That would have be miraculous. Probably unhealthy! Congrats on the weight loss! And don't give up.
I myself have lost about 50 pounds. The key to me is just do something to at least break a sweat everyday, the more sweat the better. Hockey is the best way to lose weight for me I think.
Remember though, don't play hockey to stay in shape, stay in shape to play hockey.

The Shelley Franchises were HUGE. haha. There were mainly 15's it seemed actually. At least four pairs of Coburn ONE95 gloves, all 15's. Two pairs of Boynton's gloves, O'Donnell's, then Shelley's that maxamillion picked up. I put my hands in them and was shocked how big they were haha. All in all, the sale wasn't bad at all. Hopefully they get some RH sticks at the one they're having in November.
they were big because he cut out the back pad. I grabbed them with the hopes it could be something I could get replaced haha.

Probably spent more time on the ice than his hands! He did cut out the pad on the top of the hand inside the gloves though. Anybody know how to go about replacing that?

I've done it too many times to count, but it's almost always on older people. Kids are especially difficult. A good thing that happened the next shift was that we delivered a baby. That helped lessen the pain a little bit for us.

missed this post. saw him at the blockley in philly and he killed it. then he was hurried off stage so ?uestlove could DJ and was abyssmal, and I usually like his stuff.

Someone found my wallet and returned it to me with everything still in it! Right before I cancelled my cards too, really puts my faith back in humanity!
I dropped my wallet at Dodgers stadium and got it back 3 weeks later with everything in it. luckily the 2 things I kept in my pocket were my Liscense (From Philly) and my debit card.

put our 16 year old pug down today. We knew it was coming but it still sucked. we cried a bit at first but now we are laughing and remembering when he was a pup.

may i also add that my neighbors alarm clock has been going off for the past half hour and they are at work.

Destroyed the pinky toe on my left foot while walking in the dark last night. woke up today and it's pretty swollen and painful. I haven't had much luck with my feet in the last year or so!

The jersey isn't sublimated; only the logo is. But I digress, it has nothing to do with the sublimation. Fabric softener shouldn't be used on polyester and there's no reason to be drying jerseys in a dryer. Your jerseys will fit better, smell better, and last much longer without both.
not to mention, at least for me, the jerseys are dry about a half hour after I take them out of the drier

stupid quiet work quarrels. On my end I do tend to run at the mouth a bit but at the same time people do feel the same way I do. I just hate feeling like my every move is being scrutinized by lazy colleagues.

I do remember how much support I have gained here and thank you all for you. My bestfriend (female) tried to kiss me 3 nights ago. For those of you who don't know my girlfriend passed away on June 27th. Just disgusted me.
so sorry to hear that bud. life just doesn't make sense sometimes.
Two staples of my life up to this point (23 yrs old) seem to be on their final down turns. My grandmother is starting to show the signs of her illness, and my child hood dog that I've had since i was in second grade has severe dementia, and my parents are thinking about finally making that last trip to the vets office.
