i have used these skates for the whole season, and now that i only play once a week, it seems like they are too soft, and dont give my foot any support. and ideas what could help this? i was tihnking maybe new skates...what skates would be the best for support? bauers?

you could go with eastons that arent sbx

I remember this season I was in a proshop somewhere before a game and out of nowhere the shop employee came up to me and started pushing these skates. First off, I wasn't even looking at skates to begin with. Secondly, those were the only skates they even had in stock. I was trying to be polite so I listened for a minute. He handed me the skate and started talking about how revolutionary the steel was. I just nodded or something. Then I started squeezing the skate, and I asked him how such a high quality skate could flex this much, asking him if it had any sort of ankle support. He told me that not only was the SBX the best skate on the market for every type of player and foot type, he also told me that the ability to squeeze the boot together made turning 100% better. I left thinking "who the hell would buy these skates from this guy?" I got dressed, got on the ice, and realized that half the team I was playing against had them on.

they felt like fix perfect when i got them but now they are like bigger... has anyone tried stuffing of there skates fro a better fit. of any way fo tieing to add support

I think the main part of the SBX is the comfort from that kangaroo grain. :lol:
