im from belfast and have never had the chance to see Sidney play. How good is he actually? i have seen his stats and they are impressive but what is the league like he has played in

i would really appreciate some info on him thanks alot

I'm guessing Belfast as in Ireland? Well its pretty hard to compare to any league over. He played in the top Jr. League in Canada although IMO the weakest of the 3 in the CHL. At this point so far in his career he hasn't given any indication that he won't put up huge numbers in the show.

Yea we all know the OHL is the best from the CHL and i think personally bobby ryan whom i met at christmas der, will do well in the nhl

he is fantastic! and i wish him well!

Grow up. He asked you to type properly. It is difficult for some of our members to read internet lingo. If everyone can at least attempt to use proper grammar it makes everything flow alot smoother. Don't bring heritage into this because it is irrelevant to this discussion. Your cultural background does not allow you to do whatever you want. Nobody else seems to have a problem with this rule, as its pretty simple and easy to do.

How is there no such thing as an American... . Their Ancestrial trail could be from anywhere in the world, not just England or Ireland.

Anywho, he's really good. Easily the best player in the draft, no contest. Won the Quebec league scoring race by a huge margin. He dominates in every part of the game. Unreal player, sick skills.

I've only seen two of his games on TV and both were games where he went without a point and wasn't really involved in the game. Look at his numbers and you can see that didn't happen very often. The kid is good but his numbers are closer to Alex Daigle than Mario Lemieux. I wish him the best but wait 3 or 4 years before judging him.

Fourth generation over here, ancestors came from mayo and cork for the most part.
