Training Diet

Right now I'm training hard for hockey at least 4 times a week. I'm on a really good weight program, as well as working on quickness/agility drills and cario. endurence. I am now trying to focus on diet more than I have in the past. Does anyone have a good nutrition plan that they use? I have heard that with proper nutrition you can see a dramatic rise in muscle mass not to mention how good you feel. Any help about meals would be appriciated.
