Its the stiffness....

EDIT: The "blue" is stiffer than the "red"....Red=Stiff, Blue=xtra stiff

I understand the blues are VERY stiff, so if you're on the bubble this tidbit may be helpful.

I actually like really stiff skates.04 pro tacks are 299.99 at my lhs but im getting lightspeeds or custom + put on them,that is if I dont get the 05 pro tacks.

Make sure you try them on as I understand the '05 Tacks are quite different than the '04 Tacks.
