Flex

Recommended Posts

Hello, I have an intermediate Red Light shaft, I think 02 model.

On my stick it says intermediate 75, is that after easton scale?

It´s quite stiff so I think it´s possible to be easton scale but I don´t now.

I've never heard of TPS shafts with an Easton Flex scale. It's probably taking after the Easton flex. Mission has 75 flex intermediate shafts as well.

Easton and Mission flexes are the same.

He was talking about a RedLite.

Actually, no, back when TPS had numbers as flexes, they were NOT the same as Easton.

It should have more flex than Easton. The senior shafts had flex ratings of 120, 145 etc and were not as stiff as Eastons.

I think they go up by 25 ie. whip-95, reg-120, stiff-145, xstiff-170 etc. That doesn't make sense with the 75 but it isn't a senior.
