$199 for the blocker? They really hope to compete with the other stuff out there with that price eh? When I was checking out the site, the blocker DID look like the best piece of the new gear, but that price is just a step below some of the more "proven" companies top of the line products. I'm not ripping Mission as I swear by a lot of their player gear, but I'm hoping to hop back in net within the next couple years and I'll have to see if theres bang for the buck.

I don't know if it will hold true to this gear...but, it's been my experience that the stuff we buy in Canada is usually priced dollar for dollar with the stuff in the US.

ex.

If the blocker is selling for $199 US stateside, the stores over here will be selling it for $199 Cdn.

Which kinda explains all the US plates in the local Peranis parking lot on Saturdays. :)

I'm not saying this applies to every product or every store but a good number of goalie gear anyways...
