Did anyone see the Florida-Mtl game? Horrible. Absolutely the worst officiated game. Completely one-sided. And yet another night where the Frenchie fans dictate the calls, and not the players.

End of the game, Horton gets worked OVER. Hooked, grabbed, slashed. Nothing. Then the puck goes behind the net and Gratton gets it. MTL Dman loses his stick, steps on it, and Gratton gets called for tripping. WTF??? Then in OT, Kovalev spears Hill's leg, Hills drops, shot comes in and Goal. HORRIBLE.

As Potvin was saying on the commentation, worst case of the Refs not letting the play or players dictate the game. The refs appeased the crowd.

Somebody mentioned it's almost impossible to get a call in MTL on a Saturday night...well how about a Tuesday night?

yeah i saw it tonight , it was unbelievable , horton was getting dicked on and the ref calls FLA for MTL's dman stepping on his own stick , the ref was 10 feet away too, horrible call. kovy got lucky too , he chopped hill right in front of the net which put him out of position and let MTL win the game , i cant believe it , MTL always have bad officiating IMO

No question, 96. I even pointed it out in another thread. Thats OK though...It is not like they are going to go far in the playoffs or win the cup.

It's not like they're in first in the East right now or anything..Or second in the league

Besides, who are we to say how far they'll go in the playoffs this year. We'll see when June rolls around

I honestly don't believe tonight was a case of the fans dictating it or Montreal Bias. I am also a huge believer than there is a MTL bias when they play in Montreal. Toronto used to have a similar bias, but since they became "The most hated team in the NHL" it seems to have stopped or slowed down alot. Anyways, this was the same ref who jacked over the Pens last week when they played Pitts and screwed up my proline. They just are bad refs. I like how they called Gratton in OT for watching Bouillion trip over his own stick.

They're the Habs, they ran their last great player out of town 10 years ago and won't matter later on down the road this season.

are you kidding? did you not see the huge 5-3's awarded to teh panthers that they capitalized on? and when horton had that chance in OT, he wasn't being hooked, he was getting in the way of the defender, and forcing the defender to get a hand on him.
