Easton Customer service

I have done this many times..always went through eastons website and got a return email with adress and stick identicating #..any ways i inclue a little paper sayign thanks for everything they do and possibly a pattern/ flex/grip/stick change comment in there. My record with easton is like 10 for 10 soo try the letter possibly..ex i broke a sl 100 non grip modano sent it back asked for a stealth grip 100 drury and thats what i got..as for breakage i dont know

Considering he's spent the better part of the last 2 years complaining about Easton durability, I wonder why he keeps using them. That's like being a regular at a restaurant where you don't like the food. Personally, I must keep getting the good ones because my Synergy, Stealth, and Synth combos have all held up rathe well. I must just be the lucky one.

its cuz they make my favorite sticks but they just bust my chops.

Is there any truth to the rumor that Easton will be sending out "repair" kits to cusaomers who broke shafts??? Fix it yourselves you Ba$tards! What a concept.
