Compression Shirts

Hi folks.

A teammate (who has shoulder problems like me) says he wears compression shirts to help his posture and to keep things in line. Anyone do this?

To me it seems unrealistic to expect a shirt will keep everything in proper alignment but I'd love to be proven wrong on this one.

It could be possible, I know compression shorts help to prevent pulled muscles a little bit. Not completely, but they are less likely. So it's possible that compression shirts can help with something like that. I wear one, but thats because my shoulder pads chaffe my shoulders if I don't.
