Plasti Dip?

If memory serves me correctly, someone had experimented with this stuff on a stick and posted about it back on Corebeam. I have managed to find a can of the stuff, wondering if it's worthwhile giving it a spray. I'm finding my Novius is just way too slick right now...

The PlastiDip will work, but it takes about three to four good thin, smooth coats. It will after time and lots of friction begin to "curl" and flake off, but you can then reapply it. The other trick is to lightly sand the shaft down before applying the PlastiDip to remove the final clear coat and rough the surface abit. Thsi will destory the graphics a bit, but the end results are good.

Just an idea, but wouldn't rubbingg tape on the shaft be easier and cheaper?
