Went to HTA today - Shanahan's Dolomite is an 1100 with the square handle.

I checked out cougarscaptain87's Starskie...it's a True1.

I checked out cougarscaptain87's Starskie...it's a True1.

I have an 1100 shaft that's square, I think it was a "5" type handle. Love the feel of it.

A Starskie is a True 1, and it's only $159? That's a good deal. I wonder if all Starskies are True 1s or if they just took 1100s and True1s and painted them.

Makes sense...think about it...you're sitting on a bunch of True1s...repaint it, clear them out by calling them "limited edition."

Sure does.

Makes me wonder if some of the Mac Daddy's and Dolomites lurking out there are the same repainted deal. Or if the first retail releases of the MDs and Dols will be simple repaints.

Guess it doesn't matter, they are pretty much the same exacts sticks.
