I was wondering if anyone has tried heating the blades on this stick and put a new curve on it? I have a new one but i want to change the curve a bit, just wanted to know if it works on these blades.

i don't know if they share the same blades, i think they do, but i've successfully re-curved the 950 wooden blades. i took a crosby, and put more heel and loft to it...looked similar to a drury with more heel. love it, still use it off n' on, but the bottom of the blades starting to fray so i'm gonna retired it.

Ive done it. I had 6 SOP with a nasty heel curve that I couldnt get use to so I turned it into a mellower mid-heel.

also, how did you curve it, hold it over stove top?

Just use a heat gun.

I just used my stove top, just dont leave the blade in one stop too long or else the fiberglass wrap will bubble.
