is there one of these in the works that would have the same grip as the M-1 grips?

depends on how well the non grip l-2s sell, that is if they went about it the same as the m-1(non grip 1st year, sold well, grip 2nd year. unless you can find a pro stock l-2 grip

Or you can try to find the M-2 Pro Grip Tapered shafts like the ones I have. Blue like the M-2, has an M-2 decal set on it, has grip but is tapered instead of standard like the retail M-2.
