vector 130 shaft?

Recommended Posts

I only used the OPS and I liked it. A teammate uses the shaft and he likes it. The grip is improved over the V120 (if you know that one). I´d say it is in between the Easton Synergy and Vapor XXX as far as tackyness. Flex point is not as low as an XN10 but the flex is great as it is focused to a very small area giving you good pop. We also noticed that these things seem to keep their stiffness forever whereas I noticed some "give in" with other tapered shafts after a while of usage.

one downside is the stupid stickers they use

They aren´t worse than the stickers on the XXX or that rub-on graphiccs on the TPS OPS, though. If you don´t hacksaw your shaft that shouldn´t be an issue at all.

One of my friends owe's me a shaft (he broke his, so I gave him my slighty used Bauer XV flex 87).

The LHS has 2 taper shafts, the Bauer XV and the CCM v130.

The 87 flex XV I had was to whippy, so It'll be either in a either 102 bauer or stiff CCM flex.

Which one should I get of the above mentioned? Both durabillty and performance are important (don't care about looks and stickers).

I use a 130 cut down from a Roy XX-stiff. The shaft is consistent but not nearly as lively as my 1100. Grip is ok less than Easton more like a Bauer. Have had zero problems with the stickers.
