If huet is playing tonight its going to be announced probably during a tsn update or something.

It was announced yesterday that Huet would be in goal for Montreal because of his great performance against the Sens on saturday.

I wouldn't be surprised to see one of Recchi or LeClair a Hab. It's hard to believe they'd go after Fleury, considering they just picked up Price in the draft. I can't see Colorado trading Hjeduk away, but if they do, as a Leafs fan, I'm praying Montreal doesn't get'em. A Leclair/ Malone combo would be perfect :)

Montreal sent Dagenais down to Hamilton today-tsn.ca, seems to me that Malone could be heading to Montreal. Dagenais is a LW, Malone is a LW ;) -accident I think not

Montreal sent down Dagenais because of his bad work ethics and probably Julien thought that Raphael was a better player then him. Dagenais just isn't in Montreal's future plans. I would be surprised if Montreal would be after Malone.

From an Avs perspective I hope this deal DOESNT happen.

Strap it on for this year and free up cap space by dumping Blake ... like we should have done in the first place.

If it has to happen make it the Duke and not Tanger. Hell see game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals a few years ago as to why.

Also I dont want that CLOWN RIBIERO! OH sorry let me restate that "ASS CLOWN" Sorry Kovy :)

Outside of Montreal, because from my stand point I am biased, is Theodore still perceived as a top of class Vezina winning goltender? And could the Habs benifit from his trade?

Hit and Miss depending on who you talk to. He still has the ability to be a game breaker and Montreal is a terrible environment for goaltenders. A change of scenery could revive him and look awful on the Habs and I can't see them really improving the team by trading him. I think his market value is lower than what he is worth. They could benefit from his trade, if Huet continues to play great, and they get a top tier D-man or a big scoring forward, which will be extremely difficult. Trading him and allowing an older netminder to step in will allow them to give Price a spot when he is ready. I'd say it's more likely the team suffers from a trade than prospers when it involves him.
