Synergy 1300c - How are easton with warranty

Recommended Posts

I've had these skates since June, and earlier today noticed this crack, the carbon has split and when applying pressure on either the out or inside of it it moves slightly and the break is straight through the carbon. I don't this makes the skate safe and should come under warranty replacement. Do i have a decent argument? And what are the options for replacement on skates by easton? Replacement? Refund?

P.s. i tried for over an hour to find a site that would let me post a pic of it, but to no luck, if i find a way will post

Chelmsford, same as brad, his was different, a bit of stitching at the bottom of the tongue came off on his, i doubt it would be worth them replacing the whole toe!

Nick, did you see the contact information for the UK listed in the back of the 2006 Easton catalogue? I'd start there first, then go directly to Easton's corporate headquarters in Van Nuys if they can't help you out.
