I've always liked his abilities. He got blasted one year for a bad playoffs but later it turned out he had a broken thumb. I think it was a year with the Avs, but I don't recall if that is actually right.

I hate it when that reputation burns into people minds - one of a player who doesn't show up. Maybe he deserves it, maybe he doesn't, but you don't score 1000 points just being a lazy bum.
