How long until i should see an improvement and how often should I do these exercises? SB39 2 Report post Posted February 13, 2006 For lateral jukes and agility, try lateral sprints on a field or somewhere grassy in case you fall, also try to build up your hip and calf muscles in the gym, specifically the soleus (outer calf).
