Jim A 4 Report post Posted March 11, 2006 Kovy,pretty much at that time..too little too late..to "carb up" as runners used to do in the late 80's you had to deplete the stores first to open them up and fill ..eat too many carbs..they get stored as fat...balanced diet..decent sleep the week before etc..goes a lot further than a few extra plates of pasta..
