Correct blade length for size 11 CCM Vector

I have a pair of CCM Vector 4.0s in size 11D. The blades and holders appears short on the skates. They are 295 blades. I see on HockeyGiant's web site that an 11 should have 304 blades, but epuck recommends a 295. Which is correct?

And if the answer is either, what would be the advantage of each?

295 is the normal size.
