CCM V130 Question

I am looking at purchasing a pro stock v130. When I was looking at it, the blade looked odd. It had little "juts" in the blade like all over (it wasnt damage, they were clearly meant to be there) and it looked almost ABS like. What do you guys think?

Also, the SK-11 curve is the sakic clone correct?

The SK11s that I had were Sakics.
