Mission Intake and Itech HC100

I actually hadn't realized that Mission and Itech merged until today. The Mission Intake and HC100 sort of look like each other. So how do they compare?

Has Itech stopped producing the HC100 in favor of the Intake?

Backplate is the same. The Intake has more vent holes and a occipital bone lock.

What's the occipital bone? Is that the back of the skull?

There seems to be a pretty hefty price increase. The Intake looks like it's going for about double the HC100. I'm having a hard time imagining an airflow increase that could warrant that.

The helmet is $99. How much was the HC100? $99.

You're comparing a new helmet vs a closeout.

I didn't realize the HC100 started that high. I saw it as low as $50 a little over a year ago.
