thanks for all the help you guys gave me on my wrist shots. the slapshot thread that another user posted is looking good too.

while everyone is in the mood to help me learn to shoot, i was wondering something about snap shots....

my friends will be skating with the puck on the toe of their stick, then i hear their stick slap the puck. these shots have much more power than their wristers, is this what is called a snap shot?? maybe you can give me a little info on technique.

you should really focus on mastering the wrist shot. the snapper is a more advanced shot and you need to master the wrister in order for it to work well

This is the link for snap shots

This doesn't like like a snap shot. It looks like a mini slap shot. I have trouble distinguishing between a wrist shot and a snap shot. Any other links?
