Will any of the guys on here be at the 16's tournament in Kilmarnock? I will be be there with Haringey, not really knowing what to expect since were in a group with Paisley and Murrayfield.

So if you are there, i will be the guy sporting with my old crusty oakleys or maybe even my new pro stocks :)

Man, I didn't think there were so many of us!

That said, given that I'm neither under 16 nor in the country at the moment, it's safe to say I won't be there! :D

yeah we beat them like 3 weeks ago, skill wise theyre ok, theyre not physical enough, they play quite well as a team but they like to set up the perfect goal everytime though, one of our players broke one of theirs ribs with a clean hit 12 secs into the first game of ther tournament. jordan pryce royal is quite a good player so he is. well thats about it. theyre an ok team so they are.

SHANEYB what was your score against them?

I agree for an 'A' league team they arent as physical as they could be. Do you really think Jordan was the best player theyre team, he is a very good players but there was another guy on there, Joe Allen who was very good, although they play different positions so its hard to say.

Well, if thats what you think of them, then our game will be very interesting!

they are in the league above us! Yeah we played them at christmas when i feel our boys had a little too much to eat (me included).

I havent seen slough play but the played guildford twice and lost 4-1 and drew 1-1. I know of a few Slough plays and they have some deadly snipers. but i cant say much for the rest of their team.

Although we didnt do as well as we hoped (big understatedment!) It was still a great tournament, witht he exception of our first game against south ayr it was all friendly, on and off the ice. I love scottish hockey, allowing the hitting. Hope your guy who i put through the boards is ok!

Thanks to all the teams, i have never been to a tournament that was so friendly.

Oh and crute, nice backhand goal against us, very smooth.

Haha yeah. Our final game was crazy, we were all over them, but not putting up the numbers, i set up a beauty and my line mate puts it top shelf, only for it to be waved off, even though the goal judge said it was a goal.

Then there was the extra time which left it at a stale mate. Then the penalty shots, which was 3 shots each. I score, they miss, we miss, they score, we miss, they score, they win :(

Even after i feel being robbed of the victory, i still had a great time, getting to play against teams like Paisley who im pretty sure expected to put up double figures against us!
