Sullivan, Perrault, Sundin all did for Toronto, but not in the play-offs. I'd toss out Selanne, Gretz, Lemieux, Sittler as well.

Well if were including other leagues Alexander Radulav of Quebec in the Q droped 7 goals and 4 assists in one game earlier this year
