Shock Doctor Loose Jock

Just wondering if the sizes listed are close to that of pant sizes. I wear 34" waist pants so according to their sizing I need an Adult Large for 33"-35", only reason I ask is back inthe day I had my mom grab a new jock for me in the proshop while i was at school cause I had a game after class and wouldnt have time to get down there and she got the right size and it turned out to be too small and because I had tried it on they wouldn't let us exchange it. Thanks

Yes they fit waist size. With the loose jocks, if your waist is the high number, It won't hurt to go up to next size. Either way, you'll be OK

Can you wear something like that over puckskin pants?

I have a Shock Doctor Cup , You should go up 1 size , they fit quite tight actually. It is the best cup I have ever had FYI
