Goal Chassis query

Here's the deal. I need a pair of roller goalie skates. Bauer is out of my size, so I'll need to rig somethin' up. My idea was to get myself a pair of ice Bauer goal skates, cut the blade off the cowling and mount a goal chassis underneath. My questions are what is a good way to cut off the blade, and which chassis should I use for this goalie skate. Is it better to have 5 wheels instead of 4? Is it better to use Bauer's flat wheeled chassis or rock the 59mm. EVERYONE, DON'T BE AFRAID TO CHIME IN!!

Hacksaw off the blade, sand it down flush, then put whatever you need on there. Most swaps I see guys going with those old Labeda 59mm wheel setups.
