What size do you guys use and how tall are you? Im not sure what size I should be using. For the record, im 5'8".

There was sort of a topic on this. Depends on how low you want your protection to go. Some folks where them short so they can wear their tongues out, others wear them longer to go over the tongue and protect the area above the foot.

Either way, as long as the kneecap is centered, and you've got'em taped down securely and your mobility is unhindered you can wear them +/- an inch or two from what your "ideal" size is.

I'm 5'7" and I wear 13's.

I wear 13's right now, but took a shot in the tongue I dont want to remember. Thinking of moving up to 13.5

I used to wear 13.5's in some brand, I forget which. But I find it difficult to find anyone that makes a 13.5.
