Adam91 0 Report post Posted July 27, 2006 You guys are sure you can take the amount of grams in protein as the amount you way in pounds? I thought you body could only absorb so much protein in a day? Also I was on Whey for about 2 weeks then I ran out for a while now I've been back on it for a few days. When should I start to see results? ( I workout 4-5 times a week(7 days) and I do fitness training 2 times a week)

If you're not seeing results, you need to eat more.
stix04 0 Report post Posted July 28, 2006 Quick question... I'm in the middle of my summer training for football. I play center and want to beef up a bit before the season but i am already on the heavy side at 215. Most of that i hate to say is fat, and im wondering if these protein shakes will help to increase my muscle, but also help to burn fat? Or should i just stick to my program without the protein powders, etc.?
