You guys are sure you can take the amount of grams in protein as the amount you way in pounds? I thought you body could only absorb so much protein in a day? Also I was on Whey for about 2 weeks then I ran out for a while now I've been back on it for a few days. When should I start to see results? ( I workout 4-5 times a week(7 days) and I do fitness training 2 times a week)

1) your body can absorb a hell of a lot of protein in a day.

2) you'll see results when you're eating enough. If you're not seeing results, you need to eat more.

Quick question... I'm in the middle of my summer training for football. I play center and want to beef up a bit before the season but i am already on the heavy side at 215. Most of that i hate to say is fat, and im wondering if these protein shakes will help to increase my muscle, but also help to burn fat? Or should i just stick to my program without the protein powders, etc.?

protein is something you should be taking in no matter what your goals. now you may want to stay away from muscle milk or nlarge or things of that sort if you're trying to lose fat, but other than that...take protein supps always if you're not getting enough through meals.
