Skate decision

Guys, I'm probably getting new skates in a month. Right now I have CCMs and pretty much love everything about them except their stiffness/support. However, I've tried on some Mission S300 and the fit is just amazing (big ups to Justin and co. at Mission). The bad part is, I wont make the M-2 promotion deadlne (I plan on a getting a summer job to earn enough money). So, my choices are either Mission S300 or S400 or last year's CCM 1052s. Keep in mind that the CCM and the S300s are the same price ($300 CAN).

So, which brand should I go with? How are the S300/400s durability-wise and are the added price of the 400s worth it?

While I can't specifically speak to the 300 or 400, I have yet to see a flaw in my S500s and I've used them for 20 or so games. Never baked them, never had a problem.

I tried on some S300 (10E) yesturday and they were wonderful. But S400s only com in D and EE, is there that big of a difference in width between D and E if i get half a size bigger?
