i was at my lhs and they had synthesis skates.. I aksed the guy there he said they wer lower end than the zair. THey looked almost exactly the same but they werent as light.

are you sure they were synthesis skates? not last years z-air comps? i don't remember ever seeing or hearing about a synthesis skate

Yes, they are an SMU item, though I don't have any info on them....they were being offered in youth, junior, and senior.
