hockeyshmockey10 0 Report post Posted September 5, 2006 I used to take three different supplements when I was in college to help me gain weight. It worked really well, and went from 140 lbs to about 189 lbs during my entire year. ( I was playing lacrosse and in the gym almost everyday). Anyway, after the year...I stopped and wanted to take a break from it. I have lost muscle mass and now kinda want to get a little bigger again. I still have the containers with the stuff in it, my question is...can it go bad? If I take it, will it not work at all?Should i just buy new stuff?thanks

pantherfan 0 Report post Posted September 6, 2006 Creatine helps you gain water mass in to your muscles so that might be some of the difference you are noticing.
Gongshow11 1 Report post Posted September 6, 2006 your body releases creatine, rather than use creatine, try a product that makes your body secrete more creatine, much safer and less water weight
chk hrd 164 Report post Posted September 6, 2006 If you are starting to work out and are looking for something to help, but don't want to gain size use a recovery suplement or optimizer. They are great for helping your body recover and minimize muscle soreness.MY son has been using a product called Cellmass. We are very happy with the results. Gongshow11 1 Report post Posted September 6, 2006 Cellmass is a good product, however it is very potent, comparable to fuel injection v12. As far as recovery, use a supplement with BCAA (branch chain amino acids) or the product endurox r4
