Avs_dude03 0 Report post Posted September 20, 2006 Alright so i have a motorola slvr cell phone and i bought a microsd memory card to store more songs in. I put the memory card in and it wont work. On the cell phone when i go in to phone status it says memory card not formatted. It gives me an option to format but it says unable to format:S When i plug it into my usb port it shows up as removeable disc but then when i send something to it an icon pops up saying insert removeable drive. Anybody know what I am doing wrong?
BK 0 Report post Posted September 20, 2006 I had the same issue. Turns out you cant remove the sd card while the phone is on or is royally f*cks up the card for some reason.I had to buy a new card... which was a total waste of money, because the itunes on my slvr is too slow for me. LkptTiger 1 Report post Posted September 20, 2006 As long as we're talking about the Slvr, I was wondering if any of you know if it would be possible to replace the screen covering. Mine was recently scratched - it's barely noticable, but I'm pretty anal about stuff like that, so I'd be interested in getting a new one (cover, that is). I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to make due with what I have, but I figure I might as well ask you boys and find-out for sure.
