off ice stick handling exercises

can anyone post a site that shows off-ice stick handling exercises that should make me faster?

tried using the search function but most of the topics given were on sticks

I'm not sure if any of this is covered on the USAhockey site, but I can't access it until after school. Stickhandling with a golf ball works tons. It's something you can do around the house, while watching television (you can also work on keeping your head up with this). I found this drill to be very very useful, and it did improve my stickhandling. I usually do it for 30 minutes every other day. Also, putting weights on your stick can help you. If you put weights on your stick, when you get to use a puck, it should feel like a feather.
