It says 5 mins..I would go 3 to 5 ....5 being max but they really dont need that much in my opinion. Plus if you go less you can always do it again.

CCM says 4 mins. at 225f. Had that confirmed independently by two Hockey Giant reps. They both referred to a chart their RBK/CCM rep. gave them.

NEVER EVER go over 180 degress when baking a skate.........NEVER skate glue disapates when near those temps of 225.

I trhink it's a very good point. Even though they told me 225f, I had mine baked at 79C (I believe it'll be like 180f) for 4 mins. I was questioning the 225f temperature but the CCM guy and the Hockey giant reps. insisted on validity of suchtemperature. I am sure you'll be fine at 180f.
