Need help about item bought on ebay

Okay so I won a Bauer Vapor X shoulder pads on eBay and was just about to pay for it until I realized the seller was no longer a registered user. This user does have some pretty bad feedback but mostly, it's alright.

Now this is where I'm stuck.

Last time, my account got suspended because I didn't pay for an item. Now, I don't if I should pay for the item because the user is unregistered. I've informed ebay about this but they haven't really helped.

Any help/opinions on this?

If he isn't a registered user, how can he complain? I would just not pay if it were me.

It just means that hes behind on his ebay payments. Give it a week. If he is still not a registered user, don't worry about it. If you really want it, leave him a message and get his paypal info.
