Does anyone know if PayPal money is guaranteed? If I need to get my money back does PayPal reimburse?

They have a bunch of conditions to be guaranteed, like #1 you and seller must be verified. Go read the rules and you'll see..

I stay away from it, but going by CobrAA's nightmare I think the buyer's protected at any cost.
