fatwabbit 93 Report post Posted October 19, 2006 Seems like someone up above must like me (and guardian angel working full time)...My boss has told me to get my ass to the US next month (or alternatively in Feb-Mar) to get some exposure to how to better run our dealer biz. We will be making quite a number of stops, and although I'm trying to get a few extra nights in LA at the tail end of the trip, I would like to check out hte LHS as we go thru the various states. These are on the trip 'wish list' and have yet to be confirmed...a) Casper Wyoming B) Indianapolis, Indiana c) Charleston, West Virginia d) Birmingham, Alabama e) Corith, Mississippi anyone know of the LHS in these areas? I'll be doing some stopovers in places like Dallas and Denver, but dont foresee getting out of the airports...
topshelf11 0 Report post Posted October 20, 2006 Casper has a sporting goods store downtown with limited hockey gear. There is a pro shop in the rink, but has weird hours. I was last there about a year and a half ago for a tourney.

fatwabbit 93 Report post Posted October 20, 2006 shucks... just did the trip schedule, and I dont have additional time in Dallas. But I've planned it such that I'll have 2 days in LA, however its gonna be on thanksgiving weekend. Will the stores be open at all?
chikinpotpie 137 Report post Posted October 20, 2006 I run the pro-shop in the rink downtown Indy. Its fairly easy to find because we are right across the street from the RCA dome. PM me if you are going to come.

On Thanksgiving day they almost certainly won't, unless you plan on buying your stuff at a place like Kmart. After the Thursday, most if not all stores will be open - biggest shopping day of the year.
