DangleSpud 0 Report post Posted October 20, 2006 I'm going to be getting some Bauer Vapor XX or possibly some Nike Flexlites to mount a pair of Hum'er chassis on. I know the Vapors have the recessed outsole, which best case senario will line up with the front wheels. Any ideas/suggestions? Any one have a preference on either of those 2 skates? Thanks

DangleSpud 0 Report post Posted October 21, 2006 Thanks for the feedback. I had a feeling the recessed outsole might house the front wheels nicely.

ATLstealth09 0 Report post Posted October 21, 2006 Works great; I got my Vapor XI's mounted by Tour, and no extra drilling was needed.

gee2626 0 Report post Posted October 21, 2006 I've mounted a pair of Hum'ers onto a pair of XX's before. Worked great. Only need to dremel out the front portion of the skate, so the front wheel can spin freely. The rest were fine.
teamlabeda 1 Report post Posted October 22, 2006 The Bauer's are a great choice because of the recessed sole, usually there needs to be a slight amount of dremeling to the second wheel spot but not always, good luck!
